Payment Information
All payment for surgical procedures must be received in full 14 days prior to your surgery date to reserve the Operating Room, the Anesthesiologist and nursing staff.
Payment is accepted in the form of:
- Card (Mastercard and Visa)
- Personal Check (more than 10 business days pre-op)
- Cash or cashiers check
